Landon Donovan admits he is loving his second loan spell with Everton.
The LA Galaxy star is back at Goodison Park for a two-month stint to follow on from last year’s successful stay and after starting his first two games upon his return has spoken of his delight to again be a Toffee.
“I feel fine cardio-wise. My legs are a little heavy after the two games but we have got a few days to recover now and then a big game on Wednesday which I am excited about.
“I am pretty happy (with my form). I think the team struggled a bit against Bolton in the week. We were a little better against Tamworth but will need a big effort against Tottenham.
“They are playing really well at the moment and deserve to be right up near the top of the league. It is probably as difficult a game that I will play while over here, but it will be nice to go back to White Hart Lane and hopefully we can come away with a good result.”“It is great to be back,” the USA international told evertontv. “I have enjoyed the two games and it is great to be playing for Everton again.
