Kyle confirms he's leaving Kilmarnock

Kevin Kyle has confirmed he will leave relegation-threatened Kilmarnock in the summer. The 28-year-old striker headed a crucial winner at Aberdeen on Wednesday, setting up a relegation decider with bottom-club Falkirk at Rugby Park on Saturday.

The former Sunderland man is out of contract in the summer and although he has already spoken to Aberdeen about a potential move, he is keeping his options open.

"It was probably a stick-on I would score against Aberdeen because they want me to sign for them," he told the Daily Record.

"Saturday will probably be my last game for Kilmarnock. I've been here for 18 months and I've enjoyed every minute.

"But I've got things I want to pursue and Kilmarnock haven't offered me anything so I can't wait for them.

"I've got options and haven't ruled anything out. Aberdeen appeals to me because of the history at the club."
