Dirk Kuyt will play anywhere to lift Liverpool out of the doldrums.
The Reds are in a relegation dogfight after slumping to 18th in the table.
Kuyt is best known as a striker but has told boss Roy Hodgson he is willing to slog it out anywhere on the park.
The Dutch ace said: "If the manager wants me to play up front more often, I am more than happy to do that.
"But if he sees me in another position in the team and I can help him with that, then that's my job and my aim is to try to help the team."
