Dirk Kuyt has told skysports.com that he expects Liverpool to be an even stronger force in 2009/10. "It's a really good situation for the club that a few players have signed, like Stevie (Gerrard) and Daniel Agger, and we already have a really good team," said the Holland international.
"I am really pleased to see that most of the players are staying and if we can keep this team I think we can give an even harder push next season."
Kuyt believes his fine form this season is down to being completely at ease in his current surroundings.
"I am really happy with the way everything has gone this season and I have just tried to improve myself every week and every season," he added.
"Hopefully I can score another goal in the last two games and then try and improve again next season as well.
"I am very happy with the extension of my contract and hopefully I can do better than the first three seasons."
