Dirk Kuyt admits he's happy to be back at Liverpool as a winner.

The Holland forward revealed there was a real buzz in the changing room as the players reflected upon ending Liverpool's six-year wait for a trophy.

Kuyt told Liverpoolfc.tv: "I'm still feeling very good. I've been in London for a couple of days because obviously we played the final on Sunday and then on Wednesday I played the friendly against England.

"It was great to be there, but it's even better to come back. I've still got a great feeling, not only me but all of the team. It gave us a great buzz and everyone is looking forward to the weekend.

"The mood coming back to Melwood was obviously very good. We were all in touch by phone and texts, but it's good to see each other again and the mood in the dressing room is very good.

"We were all delighted to get the trophy, we were all desperate to win one and hopefully we can win one more."
