Robbie Kruse produced his fifth assist of the season as Fortuna Dusseldorf drew 1-1 with Wolfsburg on the weekend.
The Australian attacker provided a neat cut-back for Mathis Bolly to open the scoring in the 37th minute before Wolfsburg, who dropped to 13th, responded through Ivica Olic early in the second half.
The draw kept Dusseldorf in 15th position on the Bundesliga table but their safety was cut short to five points after 16th-placed Augsburg, in the bottom three, beat Hamburg 1-0.
Kruse has made 23 league appearances this season for four goals and five assists as he continues his development in Germany's top flight.
