Kristoffer Olsson was delighted to make his Arsenal debut in last week's Capital One Cup win over West Bromwich Albion.
The Swede hit a successful spotkick in the shootout to send Arsenal into the next round.
Olsson told arsenal.se: "I was very relaxed actually, my confidence has always been one of my strengths, and now it is probably higher than ever.
"I think I'm doing it all right. My feeling at the penalty was obviously a little nervousness, but to see it go in after the West Brom fans booed down and sang to me, 'Who are yaaa?' was fantastic.
"Of course it was also very important to score. The celebration afterwards with the fans is probably the best feeling I've ever experienced, I cannot even describe it with words."
