Kristoffer Nordfeldt is determined to make a Premier League breakthrough at Swansea City.
The Sweden goalkeeper joined Swans this summer from SC Heerenveen.
"I know it will take a while to become established here. I come from a much less consistent and significantly less club. But it is clear that I did not come here to sit on the bench and rake in the money," Nordfeldt told viasatsport.se.
"I do not think anyone is satisfied with sitting on the bench. At the same time you have to have some patience if you do not play from the start.
"They have a good vision of what they want out of me and both parties have been honest that I did not come here for a spot on the bench. I want to get a fair chance and then it's up to me to take it when it comes."
