Iceland whizkid Kristjan Gauti Emilsson is delighted with his move to Liverpool.
Centre-back Emilsson, 16, also had trials with Manchester United and Rangers.
But impressed Kop boss Rafa Benitez has swooped first to land the youngster from Iceland's champions FH.
FH chairman Jon Halldorson confirmed the move last night.
And Emilsson, who trained at Anfield last month, said: "Liverpool made me an offer I couldn't refuse. It's like a dream come true."
Emilsson has not played for Iceland's first team but has represented the national Under-17, Under-18 and Under-19 sides.
He is the third Icelander to join Liverpool after Haukur Ingi Gudnason in 1997 and recent capture Gudlaugur Victor Palsson.
