Krasnodar striker Fedor Smolov wants Stoke move but...

Stoke City boss Mark Hughes has cooled talk of a move for Krasnodar striker Fedor Smolov.

Smolov has told Russian TV he expects to move to the Potters.

But Hughes insists the striker isn't on his radar.

"It seems there are clubs interested in Europe; in England, Stoke City, and in Germany," Smolov told Match TV. "From the latter there is even an offer to move this winter. I need to think. There is an offer (to move in January from a German team) that I do not want to name. That's where I'm ready to go, even this winter."
