Niko Kranjcar says Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp should take the England job.
The midfield ace is in no doubt about who should replace Fabio Capello as England coach after the Euro 2012 finals next summer.
Kranjcar, 27, said: "I think everybody feels he has the attributes to be the England manager. I think it is his time.
"I have worked with him for a long period and the success he has had with Portsmouth and now with Spurs gives him all the credentials to count himself a person capable of being England's next manager.
"What he does is not a huge secret. He spots a great player, brings him into his club and gets the best out of him."
