Niko Kranjcar admits he's likely to seek a move away from Portsmouth in the summer.

"It was always my intention to move to a bigger club, it is always like that in your career," the playmaker said in the Daily Mirror.

"If an offer came from a larger club, of course I would want to go."

While Kranjcar has made it clear that Premier League survival will not alter his decision, he does believe that Pompey are capable of beating the drop.

"There are lots of teams in a similar situation," he said.

"We know we must fight to stay up and we are ready."
