Mateo Kovacic is grateful to Inter Milan fans for the way they've welcomed him.

The midfielder arrived in January from Dinamo Zagreb.

"I'd like to say a big thank you to all of them, I'm very happy to be here. I'm disappointed that things aren't going well, but I think we'll perform well both in our remaining matches this season, and over the coming years.

"We've not done well in the last few games. We need to win our last four because the season's not over yet. We can play well and I hope we show that."
