Inter Milan midfielder Mateo Kovacic has told Roberto Mancini where he believes his best role is.

Kovacic has declared this week he wants to stay with the Nerazzurri.

“I've always enjoyed playing in front of the defence, and in fact I came to Inter to be a central midfielder.

"Then I was moved forward, and that's where I'm currently deployed by the Coach [Roberto Mancini]."
