Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny hopes teammate Bacary Sagna can return a better player than before.
The right-back is sidelined with his second ankle fracture of last season, sustained in May, which has forced him to miss Euro2012 with the French team.
Les Bleus defender Koscielny, who is preparing to take on England in their group opener on Monday, suggests that Sagna is a big loss for France but hopes he can back bigger and better for both club and country.
"So for him not to be in the French squad is disappointing. But I know Bac, he will come back stronger and next season he will be very important for us.""Bac is a very nice guy off the pitch and he has been very professional because it is the second time he has been injured like this," Koscielny told Arsenal Player. "I think it is really hard for him because he trained hard to come back and help the team.
