Defender Laurent Koscielny has highlighted two key elements of Arsenal's game following their 1-0 win over north London rivals Tottenham on Sunday.
The Gunners edged Spurs at White Hart Lane courtesy of Tomas Rosicky's early strike before holding out for a vital victory which keeps them very much alive in the title race.
French centre-back Koscielny starred for Arsenal at the back and felt that their work-rate and communication were two of the most important facets of the triumph.
"All the players who were on the pitch tried to give themselves for the team and to win because it's a derby and it's for winning," he told Sky Sports after claiming the Man of the Match award.
"We communicate well on the pitch - it's very important for a centre-back.
"When we work very hard on the pitch we can win so we need to keep this for the end of the season."
Arsenal are now four points behind leaders Chelsea with a game in hand ahead of their trip to Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
