Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny says first team coach Steve Bould has made a big impact.

Bould was in charge for last night's win at Champions League opponents Montpellier in the absence of the suspended Arsene Wenger.

"Steve does a good job with the team," the defender told Arsenal Player. "For me it is good to have a coach like that because he knows my position.

"For the team it is a help for us - for set-pieces, motivation. He finds the words to help the guys so it is good for the team. He knows the Premier League and he knows the Champions League."
