Wigan Athletic striker Arouna Kone wants to follow former manager Roberto Martinez to Everton.

The Daily Mail says Kone has told Wigan he only wants to sign for Everton as he prepares to leave the DW Stadium.

Both Norwich and Swansea are willing to pay the £6m needed to trigger a release clause in his contract.

But the Ivory Coast star is desperate to be reunited with his old boss Martinez, who took charge at Goodison Park last month.
