Arouna Kone is pleading with Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido to allow him to move to Real Zaragoza.
Zaragoza want to sign the Ivory Coast international as an emergency replacement transfer, but are unwilling to pay a fee for the attacker.
Del Nido is insisting on compensation before allowing Kone to leave, says L'Equipe.
