Manchester City are interested in Arsenal captain Thomas Vermaelen. The Mail on Sunday says Vermaelen is set to quit Arsenal in the summer and could secure a move to Manchester City.

Manchester United are also interested in Vermaelen, where he shares the same agent as Robin van Persie.
