Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany hails his side as 'unique' following their record breaking victory over Swansea City.

City claimed a record breaking 15th successive Premier League victory by beating Swansea City 4-0 at the Liberty Stadium on Wednesday night.

And following the wonderful achievement, Kompany has hailed the Citizens as 'unique' on his Twitter page.
