Vincent Kompany has described the Etihad Stadium as a 'fortress' following Manchester City's win on Monday night.
The reigning champions defeated Liverpool 3-1 to make it six wins from their past seven Premier League outings at Eastlands which prompted captain Kompany to post the following on his Twitter account:
Strong as ever, the Etihad remains a fortress. #BoysWereOnIt#TwoGames#TwoWins#MCFCpic.twitter.com/vXTOT22S1V

Stevan Jovetic netted a brace either side of half-time while second-half sub Sergio Aguero scored within seconds of entering the pitch as City asserted themselves on the competition yet again.
In their past 30 matches at the Etihad Stadium, City have won 26 times including two draws and two losses.
