Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany is fully fit to take on Manchester United in this weekend's Manchester derby.
The Belgian defender returned to the City line-up for the first time in a month to help the side beat Viktoria Plzen 3-0 in their opening Champions League fixture on Tuesday night.
Kompany had been sidelined by a groin problem but according to manager Manuel Pellegrini is now ready to rumble when City host the Red Devils at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
"Vincent has worked very well in last few days, I had some doubt in last the last 10 minutes to change him but I saw he was playing without fear so he will arrive (for the United game) without a problem," the Chilean told Sky Sports.
