Vincent Kompany is desperate for preseason to kickoff at Manchester City.

Kompany has been kicking his heels after Belgium failed to qualify for Euro 2012.

And he is already thinking about the Blues' defence of their Premier League title.

He said: "You get hungry as you eat so I can assure you that winning more trophies is at the top of our priority list.

"I had a great season along with all my team-mates but the greatest feeling of accomplishment is knowing we won the Premier League title."
