Manchester City defender Kolo Toure won't take any club fine lying down.
The Daily Mail says Toure will today fight any Manchester City move to withhold substantial image-rights payments over his failed drugs test.
The Ivory Coast defender will attend a disciplinary hearing with club chiefs over the issue which saw him banned for six months in March.
Toure will be accompanied by his legal advisors, while Manchester City club lawyer Simon Cliff and football administrator Brian Marwood will also attend.
Manager Roberto Mancini has no issue with the player and is staying out of the dispute.
