Aleksandar Kolarov suggests Manchester City are capable of knocking off Bayern Munich next month.
City need to beat the Bavarian giants 3-0 at the Allianz Arena on December 10 in order to finish top of Group D in the Champions League and left-back Kolarov feels it is a job that can be pulled off even if Bayern have set a new record for 10 wins in a row in the competition.
"We will try and beat Bayern Munich to the first spot in the group," Kolarov told City's official website.
"It was important to win tonight so we can beat them and have a chance to come first in the group so we can avoid some big, big teams.
"But even in second place we will be happy to finish there. We will see what happens in Munich."
