Ronald Koeman is set to return to the dugout for the clash against Everton this weekend following a successful operation.
Koeman suffered an Achilles injury ahead of Southampton's Europa League clash against Vitesse last week and went under the knife on Friday.
Therefore, Koeman was not present during his side's Premier League opener against Newcastle United on Sunday which ended 2-2 at St James' Park.
As a boost, however, the Dutch manager is now expected to take the reins when the Saints square off against Everton this weekend at the St. Mary's Stadium.
