Ronald Koeman was delighted by Everton's desire to continue their unbeaten run at home on the weekend.
The Toffees forced a 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Sunday to make it three wins and four draws from their seven fixtures at Goodison Park thus far.
Of the match, Koeman told Sky Sports: "The whole team performance was positive. From the start we showed good organisation and made it difficult for United to create anything.
"The goal was a mistake but the boys showed great belief in the second half and a point was the minimum we deserved from the game.
"The whole performance was much better than last week [1-0 defeat at Southampton], and we need to fight for good results. We are still unbeaten at home so that's very good."
