PSV Eindhoven coach Ronald Koeman has ruled himself out of the Tottenham job.

The Mail on Sunday says Koeman's decision has arrived because he is expecting an offer from Barcelona to take over from Frank Rijkaard this summer.

With Jose Mourinho insisting his next job will not be in England, the Dutchman's decision leaves Spurs, rebuffed last month by Sevilla coach Juande Ramos, to carry on with Martin Jol at the helm.
