Ronald Koeman turned down the West Ham United job, it has been revealed.
Sacked by Everton, Koeman was offered an immediate return to management by the Hammers, which had dismissed Slaven Bilic.
However, AD says the Dutchman rejected the enquiry as he wanted to take some time away from the game. The Irons then turned to David Moyes.
Koeman's stand, it's suggested, means any approach from West Brom is likely to be met with the same response. The KNVB have also not sounded him out about the Oranje job.
For now, Koeman is happy to take a break from the game before choosing his next move.
