Southampton boss Ronald Koeman was pleased with Ryan Bertrand's debut for their friendly win over Brighton.

Bertrand has arrived this week on-loan from Chelsea.

"We are very pleased to have Ryan in the squad because he's a great player, he's still a young player but with experience of the Chelsea level and it's a good signing for us," said Koeman.
