Southampton boss Ronald Koeman admits they've spent the week preparing to face Stoke City striker Peter Crouch.
Crouch has been a pivotal figure in Stoke's forward line under Mark Hughes and Southampton manager Koeman is doing everything he can to try to keep him quiet.
He explained: "We've been training on defending crosses because Peter Crouch is the striker of Stoke City and one of his qualities is crosses in the box.
"We have to defend that in a good way and that means training and we have time to train in the week. We don't have European cup football.
"It's balls in the box and we need the goalkeeper out to control his five and 10 metre box but that's looking to the opponent, knowing the quality of them."
