Everton boss Ronald Koeman has lead his side to second in the Premier League after an unbeaten start to the season.
He says the players are still adjusting to his methods after taking over in the summer, adding: "The results are helping in that process because if you win everybody is happy. That's good but we know ourselves it's only the start of the season and we need to improve. We can improve - if we want to fight for Europe.
"We changed, we brought new players and it looks like everyone has settled down. But we need to work hard.
"There is no reason not to be happy. The fans like it, and the fans like it most when the team is winning."
