Sebastian Kneissl has revealed how Roman Abramovich wrecked his Chelsea dream.
The former Germany U20 international has just signed for AFC Wimbledon and told the South London Press: "I was quite unlucky there because three times I was on the verge of getting in the first team," said Kneissl. "The last time I got really close, Ranieri told me I'd get a few games that season. But seven days later, Abramovich bought the club and Ranieri told me he couldn't give any young players a chance, because he needed to win titles quickly. It's understandable."
Kneissl, 24, has revealed he's in talks with Chelsea about a coaching job with their Academy.
"I want to get into the coaching side. I want to see what Chelsea can offer me, but it's just talks at the moment," he said. "I'm very happy to be here and I'm hoping to score some goals to help the team."
