Ex-AC Milan striker Patrick Kluivert says Klaas-Jan Huntelaar must overcome huge pressure to be a success at the San Siro. Still only 33, Kluivert is now coaching the youth team at PSV Eindhoven and was asked about the Rossoneri's capture of Huntelaar from Real Madrid.

He said: "He knows how to score many goals. I hope that he does well, for himself and all his Dutch fans. But Italy is the most difficult place for a forward. In Spain it is easier.

"The San Siro is a wonderful but difficult ground.

"He has a lot to lose. The great expectations weigh on you and can also crush you. Klaas-Jan from this point of view I hope is more fortunate than me, but he must be careful. He is a strong character, this will help him."
