Klopp would consider Liverpool job if he can overhaul transfer process

Jurgen Klopp is continuing to ponder the possibility of returning to management.

The German tactician is taking a break from the game after finishing up at Borussia Dortmund at the end of last season but is being linked with a future move to Liverpool.

The Daily Mail is reporting that Klopp would seriously consider replacing Brendan Rodgers at Anfield if the Reds make him the right offer but also if he can assume control of the club's transfer dealings.

It is believed that Rodgers has not been in complete charge of the transfer policy which has been controlled by owner John W Henry, chairman Tom Werner, director Mike Gordon and managing director Ian Ayre.

Rodgers continues to be linked with a possible exit on Merseyside after an indifferent beginning to the season but is safe for now according to reports.

Klopp, who has previously won two Bundesliga titles with Dortmund, remains on the radar of the Reds if Henry and Fenway Sports Group decide to make a change.
