Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has again stressed he will not be using this transfer window to spend the £142m received from Barcelona for striker Philippe Coutinho.

"Philippe Coutinho (who was sold to Barcelona for £142m) is not to replace in this transfer window," said Klopp.

"We can stop thinking about that. It is not about replacing anybody. It is about using our own tools.

"The solution is not out there in the transfer market. We have eyes on the transfer market but it's not that there is something out there for us to get because we have to first use our players."
