Jurgen Klopp fancies making Porto midfielder Ruben Neves his first Liverpool signing.
The Kop boss has told Anfield chiefs to make a move for the 18-year-old hot prospect, says Tuttomercatoweb.
Neves has been linked with Chelsea, Barcelona and Real Madrid and Chelsea since bursting on to the scene.
A central midfielder, Neves is the youngest Portuguese player ever to play in the Champions League.
It's claimed Neves has a £21.5m release clause in his contract, which has two years left to run.
