Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says Tottenham's approach to team development is an example to follow.
Klopp is a fan of Harry Kane and Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino.
Preview this weekend's game, Klopp said: “That's a nice football game. Every supporter can look forward to it. Both teams don't hesitate.
“They can play better, we can play better.
“Fantastic development since I was in England. They were already good when I came in. Apart from Walker this year nobody left the club. It will be a big challenge in the next few years."
“Dele Alli as well. Eriksen as well. They are in a good moment as a club. They know it will not be an easy game. Let's see what happens."
He added: “If you stay cool, stay full of trust with players then time can bring big things. That (Ben Davies) is one example."
