Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly set to return to Reds training on Monday after undergoing surgery for appendicitis just two days earlier.
The Daily Mirror is reporting Klopp discharged himself from hospital on Sunday afternoon less than 24 hours after undergoing an emergency operation to remedy a dangerous bout of appendicitis.
It is understood Klopp has returned to his home in Fromby and is hopeful to be at the Reds' Melwood training ground on Monday as the Merseyside club begin their preparations for their fourth round FA Cup clash with West Ham on Wednesday.
Klopp was forced to watch Liverpool's 2-2 draw with Sunderland on Saturday from his hospital bed.
