Klopp says 'good organisation and a big heart' helped Liverpool beat PSG

Jurgen Klopp has hailed the organisation and mentality of his side as they defeated Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

It was a game of mixed emotion for the Reds. They raced into a two goal lead, only to see PSG bring it back to 2-2 with less than ten minutes to go.

However, Roberto Firmino got the winning goal as Anfield went crazy in injury time.

It was good, really good in all departments pretty much," Klopp said to the club's official website after the game.

"It is so difficult to defend them, but we did. Good organisation and a big heart is always a good combination for defending.

"All 11 players were involved in that. A good performance against an outstandingly strong opponent; it was necessary we played good.

"The atmosphere was fantastic, so special to do these things in this stadium. It was nice."
