Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insists his squad is already strong enough to handle their busy campaign.
The German coach has come in for criticism, alongside owners FSG and sporting director Michael Edwards, for the club's summer of struggle in the transfer market.
Klopp has repeatedly defended the options at his disposal, and remains positive ahead of the visit of Crystal Palace.
“If they are all fit and available then yes, if we have injuries then no," Klopp said.
“You are right (every team has injuries). Without Phil and without Adam isn't cool, but at this moment all the strikers are fit.
“Even Danny (Ings) is in a good way but needs matches. We don't have 20 options in midfield so it was really cool see to James Milner's impact on the game. That was important for us.
“Marko Grujic is on a good way so that's how it is. Yes if they are all fit, if you have injuries nobody can cope with the intensity.
“The Clyne situation is difficult because he had no pre-season and for us a player we did not think about too much because he was always available."
