Jurgen Klinsmann's consortium have withdrawn from takeover talks with Tottenham.

"Things seemed to be progressing nicely but as soon as Klinsmann's name was mentioned the price went through the roof," an insider told the Mail on Sunday.

That now leaves three other groups jostling for position in the power battle for the club.
