Kitson holding up multi-player Stoke deal with Portsmouth
Stoke City striker Dave Kitson is holding up a move to Portsmouth.
The Mirror says Kitson is in talks with Stoke about a pay-off before agreeing a move to Portsmouth.
The Premier League Potters are offering Championship Pompey Kitson, 30, and winger Liam Lawrence, 28, in part-exchange for midfielder Marc Wilson.
But striker Kitson earns over £30,000-a-week at the Britannia Stadium after a £5.5million move from Reading in July 2008.
And he is willing to move to Fratton Park with Lawrence but only if Stoke compensate him for reducing his salary.
