Dave Kitson says he's to blame for his problems at Stoke City last season.
The former Reading striker admits: "Maybe it was my fault. I wasn't very approachable at first, but I am mixing with the Stoke lads now and I feel fitter and sharper in training.
"This year I am going to show people what I can do."
