Tottenham captain Ledley King admits there's a feeling inside the squad they're on the brink of a golden era.
Spurs are chasing Champions League qualification this season and also the FA Cup.
King told hotspur magazine: "There's a real feeling here that we're on the verge of something.
"This will be an ongoing test...but I know we'll step up a gear.
"Will we be successful? The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United will ask searching questions that we have to answer. Because all three have their own agendas and will be just as determined to shatter our dream for the sake of their own.
"It could hardly be tougher...but we know that any side can prevail over another. We can't worry about them; our focus has to be on working to the positives and doing our own thing well because they know they have every reason to respect us in turn.
"That's down to us; not to our opposition, nor any other outside influence. We have to rely on our own ability to achieve; not on events elsewhere going our way."
