Kilmarnock striker Kyle: Hundred grand a week not enough for Russia move

Kilmarnock striker Kevin Kyle has ruled out moving to Russia.

Kyle has decided against a move to Spartak Nalchik despite playing for the Russian club in a trial match in Turkey on Thursday.

The striker, whose Killie contract expires in the summer, insisted he would not move to Nalchik even if they offered him £100,000 a week.

He told BBC Scotland: "I have a family and a kid to look after and you have to look into everything but even if they offered me a hundred grand a week, I would turn them down.

"I did not feel comfortable and despite only being away for two days I just couldn't wait to get back to Scotland."
