Kilmarnock's Shiels expecting wounded Celtic to come out firing

Kilmarnock manager Kenny Shiels expects Celtic to come to Rugby Park with revenge on their minds this weekend.

Killie beat the Hoops in the League Cup final just under three weeks ago, ruining the Glasgow giants' chances of a domestic treble, and Shiels feels that Neil Lennon's men will be baying for blood as they look to sew up the league title tomorrow.

"We are up against international players and people have to be realistic. We have wounded them a wee bit and I can imagine they are very eager. They are coming to win the title," he said.

"It's not about them looking for revenge, although that will be on their mind. It's to give something back to their supporters because they will have felt disappointment at losing to us.

"That's only human nature that they will approach the game as such. But their biggest motivation will be the title."
