Kilmarnock have taken a trio of players on loan as Allan Johnston looks to strengthen the squad he inherited from Kenny Shiels.
Former Heart of Midlothian defender Andy Webster, Cheltenham Town striker Darryl Duffy and ex-Carlisle United centre-back Peter Murphy are all training with Killie this summer.
Johnston did not want to speak too much about the trio but did indicate that he was hoping to bring in some new players this summer.
"There are a few players with us but I don't want to go into individuals too much," he said.
"We want to improve the squad. There'll be comings and goings over the next few weeks and there are boys we haven't seen before either. So we need to have a look at them to see if they are better than what we have.
"Hopefully we can bring in as many good players as possible.
"A lot of players left and six would be the minimum we would look to bring in.
"Things are back into full swing now.
"I'm excited and am looking forward to what is ahead."
