Michael Kightly won't be surprised if offers flood in for Burnley teammate Danny Ings in January.
Kightly, who created the 12th and 13th-minute tap-ins, believes further interest in January can only be good for Burnley in their fight against the drop.
He said: "If he's in demand it means he is playing well, that's the thing. But it's good for us. If he playing well, then it means we are getting the best out of him.
"We would rather him be doing well and get his rewards. He is a great lad, he works his socks off and deserves all the plaudits he gets.
"Having a natural finisher like Ings can be the difference between survival and relegation - and we've got Sam Vokes to come back. He scored bags of goals last season.
"Danny is brilliant to work with, he is different class, one of the best strikers I've played with and still so young as well. He is going to be a top player.
"It scares you what he can do so young and he has got a good head on him. He works really hard. I think he'll be playing for England one day."
